Shard Table Policy
Allowed:

Up to two vendors sharing a single space.

Shared vendor applications must be submitted together or pre-approved via written request.
Each vendor must submit:
Business name
Contact info
Product description
All parties must agree to and sign the PHXAX Vendor Agreement.
Not Allowed:

Unregistered or last-minute additions.

Subletting or unauthorized sharing.

Booth overcrowding or violations of fire/safety codes.

Selling counterfeit or unapproved products.
Requirements:

One vendor must serve as the primary contact and be responsible for the shared space.

Shared vendors must coordinate setup; Expo staff will not mediate disputes.

Proof of registration must be shown if requested by staff.
