Completed Exhibitor Application & Payment

Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License

General Liability Insurance

Shared Table Policy

 Allowed:

  • Up to two vendors sharing a single space.

  • Shared vendor applications must be submitted together or pre-approved via written request.
    Each vendor must submit:

Business name
Contact info
Product description

All parties must agree to and sign the PHXAX Vendor Agreement.

 Not Allowed:

  • Unregistered or last-minute additions.

  • Subletting or unauthorized sharing.

  • Booth overcrowding or violations of fire/safety codes.

  • Selling counterfeit or unapproved products.

​

Requirements:

  • One vendor must serve as the primary contact and be responsible for the shared space.

  • Shared vendors must coordinate setup; Expo staff will not mediate disputes.

  • Proof of registration must be shown if requested by staff.

Exhibitor Approval Process

  1. Application Review
    Once you submit your application, our team will begin reviewing your submission, including any artwork and merchandise you plan to sell.

  2. Approval Notification
    If your application is approved, you will receive an official approval email from us. This email will also include a payment link to secure your exhibitor space.

  3. Limited Space Availability
    Please note that space is limited. Unfortunately, this may result in some applications being declined even if all requirements are met.

  4. Approval Timeline
    Applications are typically reviewed within 2–5 business days. Please keep an eye on your email during this period for updates.
